Deck the Halls

We decorated for Christmas a little later this year due to moving into our first house last Saturday. We had lots of wonderful help and are settling in nicely! I haven't taken pictures of the rest of the house, but here's a few of our festive decorating session :).

We just went to Wal-Mart to get a tree, but Simeon didn't seem to mind :). 

He did many laps around the room in excitement. 

Simeon got his first taste of hot chocolate. He wouldn't put it down to get a pic ;).

He also could not put his cookie down.

Putting his first decoration on...he enjoys pulling them off and then darting away as fast as possible to avoid punishment ;).

My Trip To Indonesia!

I wanted to share some of the pictures so you can see what God is doing on the other side of the world.

We're thankful to the Lord that he sent us on this trip and for the safety that he provided. 

Pleases continue to pray for Angie and Dylan as they finish the house and move out to live with the Dem People.

On Independence Day

For the 4th of July Eve, we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house for dinner and then to the Menomonee Falls fireworks. Simeon loved hanging out with his aunts and uncle :).

 He was pretty enamored with the fireworks...

He even sat on my lap for like 7 minutes straight which has never really been done. Towards the end he lost interest and wanted to eat grass, but I think he's a fan :).

On the 4th we went to Mauthe Lake with Nana and Papa where we had a nice lunch and fun in the lake.
